How to contact with paypal labs or any other financial istitute for sharing a new idea, an new method of electronic payment which might completely change the current ones. BTW this is not just a small application or widget like idea, but a completely new system. some kind of encrypted cash method, and what I'm trying to do is to build a semi private institute to make more benefits from it. but the probem is I'm not in europe or america, I'm fram middle east actually. which there are so many limitations in contacting and contracting processes. Any idea about where should I begin to talk and make an startup organization as in the shape of a website (at first), any suggested companies and websites beside to paypal labs, will work and would be very appreciated.
