My Toshiba Satelitte Laptop is not working, I can manage to get the laptop on but it is running very slow and will not allow me to open any programms. I spent over an hour on the phone to norton as I thought I might of had a virus but they said that it wasn't a virus and a fault with my laptop. Can anyone please advise me on what I can do. Thank-you in advance.
