cached html files still viewable on google although website is closed down.

I have closed down my website. On the google search engine some of the PDF files in this website are still listed. When you click on the listing it just says 'cannot be found'. However it is possible to click on the cached html version and the file comes up. I do not want this. How can I get this file off google?
