thanks im used to tables at the moment, might need to try css later emails i see the point, but trying to make it easy for contacts

i dont get what you mean with meta keywords, where and how do i tag as you say, dont know that one...

i use netobjects fusion 11

I would have a problem with the Contact Details that you have flagged as Required. I think requirement for an address and a phone number is too much for a first contact that does not involve any sales.
