I have just upgraded to NOF 12, and uploaded transparent GIF's appear with black background. Hasn't happened before, so what am I doing wrong?

Problem solved, got around! PNG's upload OK so will use those till I find the reason of original problem. Used Photoshop, Paintshop pro and Photoimpact. All gave the same result.
