Aligment of text with an image

Hello there,

I run a website using Dreamweaver MX 2004 ; I have been asked to insert a graphic into a paragraph. If I insert the image, I can get the first line of the text to appear at the top right of the graphic with the remainder of the text staying at the botton under the graphic i.e I can't get the whole text to appear on the right hand side of the image. I do have a Dreamweaver manual with instructions for aligning text but, so far, I have not been able to achieve the results shown in the manual.
I would appreciate any help !
