I need a web page to front a discussion forum.

It will need to contain a few images, clickable links and text. Nothing fancy but nevertheless beyond my capability. It will be sited xxx.com/home and link to xxx.com/forum.

Is there an online or free downloadable wysiwyg html editor that can help me to achieve this.

I am completely new to this so don't make any positive assumptions regarding my level of knowledge!

Decided to use Simple Portal click here to form a front page and extra content on the forum. Excellent piece of kit. Highly recommended.
