Best/Reliable for Hosting

Looking to host my website in the UK.
But not sure who will offer the best service & be reliable.
Have used easily in the past who have done a very good job.
But, this new site is expected to be very busy.

Any advice/views/comments most welcome.

I have used x9internet click here now for almost a year and they have been very reliable and answer any queries really quickly, a real person on the ned of a phone.
I used the web designer account which has unlimited bandwidth/disc space/email addresses (fair use policy etc) but the also have individual accounts too with restricted disc space but unlimited bandwidth.
