Tired site? Feedback

Hello
Hoping for some advice/ideas.
I have been keeping my site for a few years but feel that it's a little out of date. I am happy enough with the majority of the content - it's a big site.........
I use a WYSIWYG programme and my knowledge is limited but I was hoping for some feedback on ways to improve the site and give it a more "2011" feel as I think it's beginning to look tired now.
All comments good and bad welcomed......click here

Thanks I will go and check out the section you mention and try and fix that.
I will also go read up the whole meta tags issue but right now my site lists 4th on a search for the town on Google so that can't be too bad?

I like the look of the site - I can't add to the good advice you've already had.
It's clean, clear and interesting - and the design doesn't look dated to me. It allows the site to be about the content - and there's lots of it.
