Could anybody recommend a web design magazine thats not too basic, but also not too advanced

Hi

Assuming you are in the UK, try NET magazine. Monthly from most newsagents. Pitched about where you wanted and worth a read. A little designerish but useful articles.

If there's a weakness, don't believe everything you read in there about search engines. For general site work though, pretty good and up to date.
