Web templates

I would be grateful for advice.
I have found a wonderful set of flash web templates that can be downloaded. I download them to Winzip and unzip them and get a set of files but I have absolutely no idea how to get them to my web page.I'm using W7 and Serif WP X4. I'm a simple soul so would like advice in simple terms,please. Thanks in anticipation
