Unable to publish to web

I have designed a website using Serif WebPlus X2 for a friend, and I am trying to upload it without much success. The current 1 page website is ay click here and I have been passed the details of this site, ie domain name, password, FTP address etc.
The FTP address is uploads.webspace.freeserve.net, which someone tells me is now Orange?
They also tell me that this pre Broadband, using a dial up FTP client.
I have tried uploading the new website, using the “Publish to web” window in X2, but it comes back with a message saying “An error has occurred – The FTP session was terminated”
Is this because it was an old dial up FTP or am I doing something wrong
Thanx

If it isn't a firewall problem -
I think it may be due to being an old dialup FTP problem.
I had similar problems last year trying to upload to an old website that could only be accessed by disconnecting my broadband and using the dialup ISP number.
However the old website was inaccessible as we had changed our call package and no longer had a BT line/call package (which I think was required by the ISP). I could connect to the internet, but not the webspace using FTP. No help was forthcoming from the ISP and in the end I requested the webhost remove the site.
I suggest you contact support at Orange to see if they can help with your problem.
