Transfer of information

I have been sent a set of accounts by email which open in Word. I need to put them in a web site. The accounts are spread across A4 pages but if I copy and Paste they appear on the web pages all compressed together on one side of the page.I have tried scanning but the quality of the pages is too faint. Any siggestions would be graefully received.

Can't you upload the work document to your server and just point a normal hyperlink to the file?

Then you can simply put a line of text saying "To view these accounts, click here"

Then people can download the word file as and when needed.

Thanks,Forum member. I used paste special and then picture metafile and that did the trick. Big help, thanks
