Designing news pages to e mail to clients

I send updates and info to clients via e mail, but they do not look very professional. Normally it is just text with my signature at the bottom.
How can I design it all to look like a site page; for example if you receive a news letter from Adobe it looks like a page from their site and has links to everything you need.
I want to make it look professional and have a template I can easily update and send out regularly with news updates.
I have built sites before.
