bt tradespace and seo

I have been putting bits and pieces on 'BT Tradespace' as its free. As you upload stuff into various templates it continually asks you to provide key words which I have done. However it occurred to me afterwards that this might be diluting all the seo effort I have put into my web site as invariably the key words are similar.

I wonder if any of you seo experts would like to comment as to whether or not this is so.

I, too, am not particularly impressed by it, fourm member, but as it was free I thought I would paste a few things into it on the basis that there may be the odd lead that comes from it. Incidentally the site is full of glitches and invariably does funny things when you try to update. You would think BT could do better.
