how do i get my flash animation onto dreamweaver?

Anyone please help me out on this one... just created a timeline animation on Flash for the first time in ages!, now dont know whether you have to convert it to a movie or something with flash, then import that into dreamweaver..? I have spotted the import flash button element on dreamweaver, but this hasnt been successful, so am presuming i havent converted it to a movie correctly on flash, so help there i think.
