UPDATING A WEB SITE

I am new to all this web site business and my problem is as follows:

I have updated my existing web site via the GoFTP application. The changes i have made i can see when i am on my PC at home yet when i surf onto my site at work, it shows the site prior to update.

My home computer uses AOL, could this have something to do with it not updating properly?

HELP!!!!

have you checked to ensure that your work PC isn't showing you a cached copy of your site? It might sound odd, but that is the commonest solution when people complain about not being able to see site changes - they find that their web browser is displaying a page from its cache, and isn't set to refresh when you visit a site.
