Stop styles appearing in MS Expression Web

I like MS Expression Web but I am infuriated by the self insering styles. I have searched the configuration section and the help files but can't find how to stop this irritating behaviour.
I prefer yo use CSS rather than on page styling.
I am having to edit out all the style statements on every page using Notepad.

Thank you fourm member
A useful tip, but I still wish to stop Expression Web from inserting styles. I can end up with as many as 12 styles which all have to be deleted using notepad; a lot of unnecessary hassle. Using your tip, I end up with a CCS sheet which needs editing and an HTML doc that needs many style= entires replacing with class=
I am thinking seriously of reverting to FrontPage
