IE8 Accelerators

I have just downloaded IE8 and wanted to have a go at building an accelerator, I followed the OpenService Accelerators Developer Guide (click here(VS.85).aspx) and got their example to work, but whenever I change their example sites to my own, I get an error message saying Internet Explorer Could Not Install This Accelerator. There is a Problem With The Accelerator's Information. I know it is not a problem with how I'm wiriting the accelerator, as I have literally taken their example and changed the address at one point. Has anyone else had this problem and do they know how to fix it?
