Need help with Dreamweaver CS3 and tables

Hi Everyone
I am using Dreamweaver CS3 and
I hope that somebody can tell me
how to insert a table into a background table.
The background table has am JPG image in it that is not tiled.
I am using the background table as my website page, a background that
will be repeated in my index.html page as well as every .html page that I create for my website.
Can this be done?

If you're using tables for your layout save yourself a lot of time and learn a bit of css. Using tables for layout has been depreciated and W3C recommends CSS:
