Hello

The above printer which is WiFi connected to my Mac Book has suddenly stopped printing. Mac book is saying printer is off line. WiFi is giving a good signal.

Does anyone know what should be investigated first?

Power on / off, both the printer and the router then retry.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer

  1. Open System Preferences
  2. click on Print & Fax
  3. click the + (plus) to add a Printer 4a. if the Printer is showing within Bonjour select it 4b. if the Printer is not showing up select IP at the top and enter the Printers IP
  4. in either case make sure the Printer driver is selected at Print using
