Never had this before, the above pop up opens in firefox since I downloaded a adobe product, I have never had them before on my p.c., any ideas? It is worrying me now that it might be a virus?

You could try clicking on Help. Troubleshooting information.Reset Firefox. See if that removes it.

it turned up on every browser, never seen this before. It also said easy deals and utils.exe, these keep coming?

Now my son's new laptop has pop ups, the avast free one didn't stop it or remove it, I'm sure one is called bubble dock?
