Hi, this is a question for a friend who has an XP computer given to him by his grandson. He cannot get onto google because the computer tells him there is a problem with the web security certificate - I have never heard of it before so has anyone here? he cannot get the clock to change from Jan 1st 2003 either. He has AVGA and he has run it and there is no threats. How can this problem be fixed please? Thanks in advance E.

New CMOS battery may be worth a try.

The problem is almost certainly because of the mismatch between the time and date on the computer and the correct time and date. The CMOS battery probably needs replacing.
