wireless keyboard does not respond to keys after using ccleaner

I cannot find a solution to my problem - please help - I used ccleaner to speed up my winxp desktop - it did not help but the keyboard now requires multistrokes to enter letters or numbers - most frustrating - it may take up to 2-3 minutes to get a single letter to type

it may be that the ccleaner deleated a programme controlling the keyboard

Maybe delete or roll back the driver for it.

You will have created a restore point before running the scan. Go to Tools, System Restore and choose a restore point.

jarani: If I were you I would pop down to the nearest Cheapo-Cheapo Store and buy a Basic Keyboard, PS2 if your PC supports this Original Standard, and see what happens.

If you're in the UK, £4.00 should be sufficient.
