help with new graphics card and memory type

hi all, this is my first post here so home i am in right place!!! i want to upgrade my graphics card and put another 4 gig memory into my desktop pc - i read on net there are problems with power supplies for older pc's having a new graphics card installed. hope someone can tell me if i will have this problem and what to install - just looking to spend up to £50 on card and the cheapest memory will do - my pc specs are this (thanks for help in advance).

If your Windows 7 Ultimate is 32bit, Your 4 Gig is Max.
If this Click here is your GPU, Can you explain this PCIE 16X: Available this is where your NVIDIA GeForce G100 should be located..

I would go to Crucial.com and run the system scanner. This will identify your system and advise how much memory your motherboard will support.
As Lazarus The 2nd mentions if you are running W7 32bit it can only access just over 3.5GB RAM
Is your Graphics onboard at present? Fitting even a modest GFX card would then help.
