Google Earth stopped working

Google Earth was working fine on my laptop but now says my graphics is not powerful enough. If I continue in DirectX or OpenGL I see a corrupted map of dots. Other applications that play videos work fine so graphics seems OK, and importantly Google Earth used to work.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version?
