Can anyone confirm this statement?

Microsoft Caves, Allows Users to Transfer Office 2013

It says that the Licence for a stand alone Office 2013 can now be transferred to a new PC, which I am now in the process of building and I would like to be able to transfer the Office Licence.

Yes, it's on the Office News Blogs, Jevon Fark, on March 06 click here the license agreement accompanying Office 2013 software will be updated in a future release, this change is effective immediately and applies to Office Home and Student 2013, Office Home and Business 2013, Office Professional 2013 and the standalone Office 2013 applications. These transferability options are equivalent to those found in the Office 2010 retail license terms."*

niggle: flipping pca formatting fault has made the "While jump to bottom of post. It should read:
