I had Prevx3 installed on my PC, it was replaced by something called Webroot SecureAnywhere, without my knowledge. Why would this happen and will Webroot SecureAnywhere work alongside my Anti Virus Software, McAfee Total Protection? Thanks in advance for any helpful suggestions

I am sure I read somewhere that Webroot bought Previx within the last 6 months.Webroot should work ok with your anti virus.
