One of my flock banks on line with NatWest'

In recent days she reported to me the site althuogh coming to screen - rejects her attempts to log in. I advised her to carry out the usual checks- still nothing. Ithen suggested System restore.

This she has tried restore point by restore point back one month and the result was for each 'Restore incomplete' What is the next move please?

I hope she has telephoned her bank to explain the problem!

Also think she should run a full scan with MalwareBytes. If it finds and clears any nasties she could try signing in again.

System restore would have been unlikely to help with this problem of logging. Which browser, and did she clear her internet cache? Did she use Inprivate?

I reported a similar situation regarding on-line banking, and being able to use the account, as I was able to do previously.

My bank Barclays seemed to favour Internet Explorer, over Firefox and Chrome. I was able to get into the website at Barclays, but not some of the security sections.

Suggest that your daughter tries different browsers, and see if one of them works better than others?.

It might also be useful to clear the Cookies - Windows can do this, CCleaner is neater and swifter.
