My Toshiba Satellite C855 is stuck on Startup Screen

So my brother closed my computer earlier today and I opened it back up and it was on a 'Please wait' screen. My computer usually stays like that unless I turn it off.

Well I turned it off and back on and it's stuck at the startup screen, the little circle just goes around and around.

I've turned it off and turned it back on and it went to automatic repair, then it said 'diagnosing your PC' and it went to a restore thing and said some apps that were added are bad for the computer. So I clicked restore.

It restarted and went back to the same startup screen with the circle going around and around. And it didn't do anything, stayed like that.

I have Windows 8 and I tried to F2 button, F12 button, the F8 button, the F11 button. None of them work, the only thing that happens is it stays on the Toshiba screen then says automatic repair AGAIN.

I don't know what is wrong with it, at all. I need some help.
