Network video feed - advice

Hello,

I'm looking for a little advice here to discover what is the best method of delivering live video over the web.

I am looking to enable our system to provide a one-way live video+audio feed using pre-existing hardware/software. Furthermore, it would be beneficial if multiple feeds could be viewed together.

I have considered using Skype but it feels a little heavyweight and restrictive. Could IP camera's be a possibility, I may not be able to assure a public IP address.

Are their other options available? Ideally I would be using an application rather than a browser.

Thanks, Jake
