How do I keep all my gadgets in sync?

Hi, I have a Mesh PC Running Windows 7 Home Premium. I have recently purchased a HP Laptop running Windows 7 Professional. I have a BT Home Hub 4 for my Home Network. Is it possible to link the PC and Laptop so that I can sync all my files to both, including my iTunes collections (Music and Books)? Many thanks in advance for any help given. By the way I am no technophobe, so keep it simple please:0)

You will need to have both your machines networked, which you probably have already, and then you can use a too like SyncToy to keep your files synchronized.
