I HAVE CHANGED MY BATTERY BUT WHEN I RESTART MY COMPUTER EVERY TIME THE TIME AND CMOS SETTINGS GO WRONG AND USB 2.0 WILL GET DISABLED.CAN U SUGGEST A SOLUTION FOR THIS????

You can turn off caps lock for a start.

Did you replace the battery with the correct one?

Did you put it in the correct way round?

What motherboard have you?

and did you "Save settings and exit"? Too easy just to restart without saving on some motherboards.

Could be your motherboard. I had the same problem changed the battery and reset the bios but the time and date still kept changing. Local repairer diagnosed the fault as motherboard beginning to fail.

Clock could be set to wrong Region and Country.
