Adobe reader opens documents to large

I use Adobe reader to open PDF files that I use. The only problem is that when I open a document it opens at about 200% which is ridiculous. Is there a way of getting it to open documents at 100% or whatever setting I choose?

I have had a look at the settings but I could not find a way that will do it.

I don't use Adobe, but you could try this.

Hold down Ctrl key and scroll Mouse Wheel backwards to reduce size.
