access my emails from another computer

Can anyone explain in simple terms how I access my emails (and send them) from another computer on a different ISP and about 100 miles away? I have Googled various solutions but have become totally and utterly confused! I initially thought I’d see if I can use Hotmail but this seems to be being phased out.

My ISP is toucansurf.com (now part of TalkTalk) but my emails are rerouted into Microsoft Outlook 2007. I have Windows 7. The other computer, a laptop, runs Windows XP and also has Microsoft Outlook 2007; the ISP is BT Broadband. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

mail2web should provide what you are looking for. Advanced login is recommended and the server name or ISP address in my case is mail.talktalk.net.

When viewing the list of emails, selection for deletion is by ticking the box on the left of those you wish to delete. Others are left on the server and are available for subsequent download on your normal device.

Just above the list of emails is an option 'Compose'. Selecting this enables one to write an e-mail in the normal way. 'Forward' and 'Reply' options are also available when an received email is being viewed.

I may be wrong but the OP wants to access emails through Outlook (the program) on both systems. Some of these solutions don't achieve that.

That's why I tried, unsuccessfully, to link to the sign in page of Outlook.com as morters thinks he can't use Hotmail. States: thought I’d see if I can use Hotmail but this seems to be being phased out. If he signs in to Outlook.com with his Hotmail address then he has access to all the folders and to add other mail addresses. How you use Outlook 2007 to save your hotmail (outlook.com) mail I don't know as I use Windows Live Mail but it should be possible.

This link should work, a Google search page, link.
