Why does Powerpoint seem to exist only as a shortcut on desktop

Pretty fundamental question for which I ought to know the answer.

Using XP SP3 and MS Office 2007. In the Start menu Powerpoint is there, and a shortcut is also available on the desktop

Start > "All programs" will take me to Office and on to everything bar PowerPoint.

Only recently first used PPT. It works for me but trying to find the program Powerpoint itself, has failed. Word, Excel, Access, are all there in the Office section of All Programs, but not PPT. Where is it hiding? I did make a shortcut when I first used PPT about a month ago, where is the basic application lurking now?

Thanks rdave13, I had had time to stop being silly, think about it and found it at the end of this path.
