ok so i am trying to downgrade the above lapto from vista to xp,and im getting message ....setu did not find any hard disk drives installed in your computer,make sure any hard disk drives are powered on and properly connected to your computer,and that any disk-related hardware configuration is correct.this may involve a manufacturer-supplied diagnostic or setup program.setup cannot continue.to quit setup,press f3.

Try going to the bios and change it to IDE instead of AHCI. Otherwise you'll need to slipstream your XP with the sata drivers, http://news.softpedia.com/news/Install-Windows-XP-On-SATA-Without-a-Floppy-F6-47807.shtml

If you're successful in installing XP you will then need to find the drivers for your motherboard etc, same as with your other post. Nothing is simple sadly.
