Soft edges in PowerPoint 2007

Have still some tweaking to polish my masterpiece/beginners effort.

Cannot find appropriate F1 help to apply a soft edge to any or all. I should be able to see Format tab and Picture tools but can't!

I think I have accidentally removed this from the task bar (at the top) How can I put them back. I've gained Developer tools via the Button and options and might as well put it back in P-Point options for all the use that is to me.

Oddly, I think I found and tried soft edges when I didn't really need it.

Reappearance of the Format and Picture Tools tabs would make my day - please.

The tab doesn't appear until you click on the picture then the format tab appears which should give you all the options that you need.

ps Some other options appear if you right click on the photo, including format.

Thanks very much.

I'm still a mite odd with things but Right Click (Rt Click is the magic which does most things with Microsoft) on the picture > Format picture and then the border effect can be selected to soft edge.

Hip-Hip....
