Sending emails using third party programme

Hi - a couple of years ago, a forum member suggested we use Your Mailing List Provider to send out newsletters and emails. It's been exactly what we wanted but for one small hitch: we use mail merge to prepare the emails, but it won't send more than one email to a single address, so there's a problem if we have 10 people with the same address (as in a club; for example, all the addresses would be photos@myclub.com).

Does anyone have experience of any other programme/company which would get round this problem? There'd only be a maximum of 20 with identical addresses, so we wouldn't be considered as spammers.

Surely their cant be more than one user of any email addresss? I can understand all being at the same @myclub.com but they must have different user IDs.
