Random lists of questions in Excel 2003

I have a list of questions numbered 1 to 10 and I want to generate 4 lists in which these 10 questions occur randomly. I can see how to generate one random number using RAND but don't see how I can get a list.

The idea is that 4 teams of students can give answers to the questions but, at any one time, the questions are different so they can't copy from others.
