Outlook 2003 imposes restrictions for e-mail

I'm using Outlook 2003 as my e-mail client. O/S is Windows 7.

I haven't knowingly made any changes to the settings in Outlook but, as from this morning, whenever I click on a hyperlink in an e-mail I get the message "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

I've always been able to successfully click on hyperlinks until now.

The e-mails are from a trusted source and I am an Administrator on the PC.

Any thoughts about which settings which may have been changed to suddenly impose this 'restriction'?

Sorted! Simple when you know how!

Thanks for your help (although I still don't really know what caused the problem in the first place).
