synced system for email multiple addresses

i have 5 email addresses spread over 3 domains. i have a place in spain and in england. i have 1 computer in each place. i need the emails on both computers to be the same. eg if i sent an email on pc in spain i want that to be seen in the sent folder in england etc etc. what is best system for this. imap or office 365 (is office 365 capable!)

An imap email account instead of pop. Office 365, apart from it containing Outlook, is irrelevant. It is where the emails are stored and how they are accessed that is important. An imap email account will do all that you require which is what I use over 4 devices.
