please can anyone help? my disgo 7900 tablet keeps freezing on start up

hi everyone, please can you help me my daughters disgo tablet keeps freezing on the disgo sign when switching on tried pressing the reset button but makes no difference been on mydigo website they said they cant help, i think it is a software possibly firmware proble but dont know enough to be certain or fix can anyone help please from vicky

press front home button and last button on edge

then still holding those two, press and hold power button

when you see writing saying if you hold button it will factory reset

let go of power button then press and hold all three buttons then it will start to reset factory settings

then let go of buttons.

the three button system works, trouble is if you hold power button too long it switches tablet off before you can do anything.
