Can only print email header, not body of message

Hi - can anyone help with this problem, please? On this laptop I can only print the headers from emails, although on another laptop, the whole document prints. My desktop is ok as well, or it would be, if it was working!

Googling the problem suggests selecting the whole page and then printing - doesn't work as it only copies the header.

I'm using Live Mail on all three machines.

Thanks.

northumbria61 - thanks. I suspect it may be something to do with OneNote (as mentioned in the reply shown in your link) as this is the only machine it's on. I don't particularly want to disable all my add-ons, so will try to track it down and remove it. Fingers crossed.

Hmm, that didn't work. I've removed it but still no joy. It might be easier waiting to get my desktop sorted out.

A work round is to copy the text, paste into word or something similar and then print.
