When i leave my computer on unattended after 1 hour and i touch any key i find that the internet has tried to start this has never happened before running win 7 64 bit & Bt internet

How are you discovering that "the internet has tried to start" ?

Is your pc disconnected on purpose by you before you leave it unattended and if so how are you doing that?

It could be a program is attempting to check for updates.

Have a look in Device Manager then Network adapters, click the small arrow on the left to expand, right click the the LAN or WLAN, depending if your PC is connected by Ethernet cable or wireless, select properties then select Power Management and untick the box for Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
