Graphic Problem on two partitions

I am running Win XP on two partitions, the graphics are Nvidia Geforce 6150. There is no problem with it on the C drive, but when I change to the second partiton D drive, the graphics are shown as unknowh VGA and I cannot get the desktop how I want it. I have tried reloading the drivers for the card from D drive, but I just get a message that they already exist. How can I get D drive to see the nvidia card?

I have sorted the problem myself, I was loading the wrong drivers, I just needed the drivers for the display
