I need to reformat my HDD

I am using Windows Vista with Dell Inspiron 530 and I have got too many problems with it so I think a re=format is the only answer. The question is how do I go about it?

This is how to restore the Dell 531 back to its factory conditions. I would think that the procedure for the 530 would be similar.

If you do not have a disk then restore to factory conditions
