Happens to me all the time trying to start a new thread, I just give up in the end. (No I didn't contact FE, subjects of my attempted Threads weren't worth the effort AFAI was concerned)

This is down to a number of things, and its nothing new. I generally find, that trying to word a subject in a different way, after first rejection, usually clears the second time.

Had the same thing, make sure you use at least 5 words in the title or re phrase it.
