I recently upgraded my computer and it runs great. Now I need a new video card.

The answer is yes. Your motherboard has a PCI-E GPU slot which I would imagine is where your current GPU is sitting and the graphics card will fit in this slot.

If your current GPU is a Nvidia them remember to uninstall the drivers and it is a good idea to have ready and downloaded the latest drivers from AMD. Rather than use the ones that will come on the accompanying disk as in all likeliness thos drivers will be out of date.
