I have a network with ssid key. The network name comes up on the screen and I am prompted for password. I write the said key same key as I use fpr my other devices in the network. But I get the message pw to long and failed installation. I am prompted to check my ssidkey. What is wrong? security is WPA-PSK

Upper/lower case the input on the LED may be in upper case? I normally use the network guide on the Epson support site to look up problems like this but cannot find it for your printer which is odd.
